Shipping and Return Shipping
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship exclusively with UPS. When an order is placed on the website that requires delivery by UPS, then the system will automatically present you with a selection of different shipping options that are available for your address and zip code.
We offer flexible shipping using UPS 2nd Day Air, 2nd Day Air AM, Next Day AM (for that item you need in a hurry) and 1 Day, 2 Day and 3 Day Ground Service (where applicable). We refine these selections by filtering out some of the unnecessary available options in order to show only the least expensive ones. You just pick the shipping date and the service.
When and how will my order ship?
For repeat customers we ship as quickly as same day. In the case of new customers it can take between 6 to 24 hours to process the order due to the number of various fraud-prevention checks that we apply at this time. However, this process can be fast tracked by providing us with your listed landline home phone number, a verifiable business or student email address and a link to your web site or professional web pages. Should we have any further questions about your order, we will telephone you to discuss. Please be aware that all new customers are required to email or fax us a copy of their driver’s license. We may also ask for other proof of identity as well.
The UPS time and cost estimation tool has been built into our shopping cart so you can choose an option from the displayed list and pick the one that works best for you. Our standard delivery is UPS 2nd Day Air, 2nd Day Air AM, Next Day AM (for that item you need in a hurry) and 1 Day, 2 Day and 3 Day Ground Service as long as these options are available in your area. The shipping charge covers the cost of delivery to you with signature confirmation, and the delivery back to us. If no reasonable options are available from UPS, we will use Priority Mail. This mainly applies to shipments to rural areas. Just leave a note in the “Special Instructions” area.
All packages will require a signature on delivery!!
UPS will make three attempts to deliver the items. If nobody is available to sign for the package, it will be sent back to The LensPal.
Our policy is to verify all new customers and changes to shipping addresses. If we are unable to verify your credit card information then we may not be able to honor your requested shipping date, so please include all information and phone numbers. Phone numbers are only used for verification purposes and to contact you about your order. We do not solicit by phone and we do not provide this information to any other party.
If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address of your credit card, then we will query this with you. The verification process can be speeded up if you provide the listed phone number that is associated to the shipping address, not a cell phone number. Write a note in the "

To which locations will you ship?
We ship to credit card billing addresses, alternate addresses on file with your credit card account, and verifiable addresses such as places of employment. We do not ship to PO boxes, UPS store locations, addresses outside of the US and to third parties such as hotels and resorts. A published land-line phone number is required for verification purposes.
How much is my shipping?
The UPS time and cost estimation tool that has been built into our shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping charges prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered a selection of available Shipping choices and their prices.
Please note that our displayed rates include both the cost for shipping the package to you and your shipping it back to us.
How do I ship the equipment back?
Everything you need for return shipment is in the package we sent you including shipping materials, a pre-paid return label, and a checklist to help you remember to return all accessories. Repack the equipment in the original packaging and deliver it to the nearest UPS location. The package cannot be dropped off in a drop box due to liability reasons. Also, if you do not have a UPS receipt, then you are responsible for loss of the item(s) if the package is not received back.
We will send you an e-mail when we receive the package. Please return everything on time and in good condition to avoid any fees upon return
