Order Status

Tracking
Click the "My Account" link at the top menu bar of our web site to track your order status. Please make sure that all of the items on your order have been shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.

Our tracking system gives us detailed tracking information on all our shipments, both ways and you can easily follow where your shipment is at any time by logging in to your LensPal account and clicking on your order and then clicking the Track button.

We know when your shipment arrives at its destination address and when it was sent back to us. This helps us to send you an email reminder on the same-day should you forget to send your items back; thus eliminating or reducing any late fees that may be incurred.

My order never arrived.
