Sale of Used Equipment

Warranty
All items are sold "As-Is" with no warranty. However, we do offer a two day inspection period during which time if you find the item to be not as described you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping.

Condition of Equipment
We uphold the highest of standards when it comes to maintaining our inventory and that is why you can expect that all photographic equipment offered for sale has been well cared for and in full working order.

This is because we carefully check each item for possible faults before and after every rental. However, a purchaser should expect that there may be cosmetic issues such as small scratches or scuffs on lens barrels and plastic hoods. Also, lenses may have a small hairline scratch on the glass or few specks of dust inside which will not affect image quality. Cameras too may have minor cosmetic issues with small scuffs on the body or LCD screens.

Returns
Returns are subject to a 6% fee to cover the cost of restocking and credit card transaction fees. Purchases can be returned for full credit (less 6%) for up to 10 business days after delivery. If you decide that you require a longer evaluation period then you can return the item for a full credit (less the appropriate rental and shipping charges) up to 30 days after delivery. After 30 days all sales are final.

What Accessories are Included with the Sale Item?
Wherever possible we will include the box, (although it may not be specific to the item serial number) the product user manual and original software and accessories if applicable.

Lenses come with front and rear caps, a hood and pouch/case if originally included.
Cameras come with the body cap, strap, battery, charger and cable if originally included.
